Oliver was born premature at 30 weeks due to Pre Eclampsia. Obtaining information about pre eclampsia and premature babies was not easy so we turned to the Internet. After some hours of searching we found a number of sites and resources which were of help. This site is a collection of these sites we found of use and hope it saves you some time looking for what you want. IMPORTANT. If you came here expecting something else but did not find it let me know, I am trying to build up the site as a reference and feedback is useful. Either use the guestbook or email. This site is also in part a memorial to Oliver who died after 3 days as a result of a medical accident. Nothing directly to do with being premature or pre eclampsia. The accident section & Oliver and Us section tells all. |
If you are just after information on Pre Eclampsia or premature babies then select option 1 or 2, item 5 has a load of links you can follow. The If you want to know more about Oliver and the events surrounding his death then follow items 3 & 4. If you have visited this site please sign the guestbook and/or drop us a mail to let us know you have popped in to see Oliver

Oliver would be 10 years old this year! If you would like to donate money to
BLISS, a charity setup to promote the wellbeing of premature babies then
please see www.justgiving.com Generally the information in this web site does not need to be updated that often as it relatively static. So to add information is a rarity. Oliver's mum, Cathy, has found out some additional factors may have contributed to his being born early. In summary she has been diagnosed as having Hughes Syndrome (Sticky Blood) and Takayasus. If you need advice promptly please use
the following link for support: Note: The pictures on this site are the property of the site owners and are not to be used without permission. They are not to be used in any other site or email without first seeking permission. |
